One of these days, I’ll get around to scrubbing the hand and footprints off my white walls, but for now, this tired and preggo mom is letting them be 🤪

When they are teenagers and fighting over clothes I’ll look back on when they would squeeze the giggles out of each other ☺️

The kid’s room is coming together, but there are footprints and markings all overrrr the walls. Do I repaint with the paint I have or just live with it? bc who knows how long clean walls will last in here...
I’ll spare you my saga of trying to find paint to touch up my walls...but
At least I have @monicaloughman mural to cover the brunt of the kids shenanigans

UPDATE
Jenny had her baby a few days ago! A healthy baby girl (: mama and baby are doing great. thank you for all of the support, love, and prayers ❤️

Another life to celebrate!
Jenny is an 18 year- old, working college student. When she discovered she was pregnant and told the father, he was angry about the pregnancy and did not want her to keep the baby. He demanded she get an abortion, Jenny resisted. After a couple of weeks, he took matters into his own hands, and turned to violence to cause a miscarriage. He was unsuccessful, thank God, but the violence terrified Jenny and made her feel very desperate and alone. She was too embarrassed and ashamed to tell her mother about any of it, even the pregnancy as their relationship had been strained already and so she began to think an abortion would just be the simplest way to deal with the pregnancy. She did an online search for early pregnancy services and to get information and found the Life Centers of Ventura County. It has made all the difference. Instead of anger and shame she found people who cared about her and the baby. When she saw her baby on the large screen above her she realized more violence was not the solution. How could she abort this child this who had already survived one attempt on her little life. Jenny’s heart opened and she has embraced her baby. With a sense of hope and amazing courage Jenny has obtained legal protection from the father, reconciled with her mother, found housing with support services for her pregnancy, and is continuing with work and school. Her baby is due very soon and she is so happy. The future is bright and filled with hope. The Life Centers has pledged to help provide her with the things she will need for her baby. Let’s shower Jenny with love as she prepares to welcome her daughter. If you are able, visit the Amazon Baby Registry to send her a gift and a note of encouragement.
